In prior blogs I have asserted the importance of Public Education’s Mission as being to eliminate all school activity that does not improve the quality of the lives of the students. The reason being that anything that diminishes the quality of their lives in school also diminishes their ability to learn in school.
In slides 25 through 38, I use the writings of well-known psychologists and researchers to describe what a quality life is. They support my contention that quality of lives requires being thoroughly engaged in what one is doing and being free of undue stress or fear.
